men\u00e9es au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, notamment \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la Journ\u00e9e de la Diversit\u00e9 ainsi que des Journ\u00e9es internationales de la Femme et de l\u2019Homme, \u00e0 travers des campagnes d\u2019information, des ateliers et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements cibl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-style-line-before\"><strong>Charte de la Diversit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2025, le CGDIS a renforc\u00e9 son engagement en faveur de la diversit\u00e9, de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et de l\u2019inclusion.<br>La signature de la Charte de la Diversit\u00e9 a marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape importante, affirmant la volont\u00e9 de notre organisation de promouvoir une culture organisationnelle refl\u00e9tant la diversit\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 luxembourgeoise au service de laquelle s\u2019inscrit sa mission.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div wp-elements-05910bf358e40c9f314475977c78c66d wp-block-paragraph\">Institutionnalis\u00e9 en 2025, le groupe de travail \u00ab Diversit\u00e9 et \u00c9galit\u00e9 au CGDIS \u00bb, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par un r\u00e9seau de 5 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9.e.s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, contribue en lien \u00e9troit avec le D\u00e9partement Ressources humaines \u00e0 int\u00e9grer progressivement ces th\u00e9matiques dans les structures et les processus internes, comme p.ex. dans les formations et accompagnements destin\u00e9s au management ainsi que dans les formations continues en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelques exemples concrets :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"--marker-color:var(--wp--preset--color--secondary);\" Journ\u00e9e internationale de la Femme)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nouveau module dans la formation de base en Leadership relativement \u00e0 la gestion de la
